Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

By attending and participating in any event organised, promoted, facilitated, or hosted by CulinHub at any venue (“the Event”), all attendees acknowledge and agree that attendance and participation are entirely at their own risk. CulinHub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, partners, sponsors, affiliates, and the owners, management, and staff of any venue used for the Event shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, illness, death, accident, theft, or harm of any nature whatsoever suffered by any attendee, whether arising directly or indirectly from attendance at, participation in, or travel to and from the Event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CulinHub and any Event venue shall not be responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property or belongings;
• Personal injury, illness, accidents, allergic reactions, food-related incidents, or death occurring before, during, or after the Event;
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages arising from attendance at the Event;
• Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, vendors, exhibitors, performers, caterers, transport providers, or other service providers associated with the Event;
• Interruptions, postponements, cancellations, venue changes, or modifications to the Event programme resulting from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

Indemnity

Attendees agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CulinHub, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, sponsors, partners, and any Event venue from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal costs) arising out of or relating to:

• Their attendance at or participation in the Event;
• Any negligent, reckless, wilful, or unlawful act or omission by the attendee;
• Any loss, injury, or damage caused by the attendee to any person or property;
• Any breach of these terms and conditions by the attendee.

Food, Beverage and Allergy Disclaimer

Attendees acknowledge that food and beverages may be served, prepared, or consumed during the Event. While reasonable care will be taken, CulinHub and its partners cannot guarantee that food or beverages will be free from allergens or contaminants. Attendees with food allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions attend and consume food and beverages at their own risk and are responsible for informing relevant providers of any specific requirements.

Medical Emergencies

Attendees acknowledge that CulinHub does not provide medical insurance coverage for Event participants and accepts no liability for medical expenses incurred as a result of injury, illness, or any medical emergency arising from attendance at the Event.

Personal Responsibility

Attendees are expected to comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, health and safety requirements, and reasonable instructions issued by CulinHub, venue management, or authorised personnel. CulinHub reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any attendee whose conduct is considered unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate, without refund or compensation.

Photography and Media

Attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the Event and grant CulinHub the right to use such images, recordings, and likenesses for promotional, marketing, educational, and commercial purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, participating in, or attending any CulinHub Event, attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted this Limitation of Liability and Indemnity clause and agree to be bound by its terms.
