Products:  Fresh produce and wines are available for purchase.

Memberships  Subscription Services offering exclusive benefits.

Coupons:  Discounted product & produce or restaurant coupons.

Event Tickets:  Tickets to culinary events hosted or promoted by the site.

5. Pricing & Payment:  All tickets are listed in ZAR exclusive of vat.  Payment must be made at the time of purchase using the payment methods provided by the site.  Prices & availability of products are subject to change without notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery:  Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on the product and location.  Users will receive an estimated delivery date upon purchase.

7. Returns & Refunds:

Produce:  Due to the perishable nature, fresh produce and perishable food products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Memberships:  Refunds for memberships are subject to the terms of the specific membership plan.

Coupons & Event Tickets:  Non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.

8. User Accounts:  Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.  The site reserves the right to terminate accounts for any misuse or violation of these terms.
